Dexantis provides AI-powered call answering and revenue recovery software for HVAC and home service businesses. Our subscription service includes AI voice receptionist deployment, lead qualification, appointment booking, and CRM integration. The service is sold business-to-business (B2B) only.
The Dexantis service is offered as a monthly recurring subscription at $499.00 USD per month ("Founding Customer Pilot" pricing). Billing is processed through Stripe at the time of onboarding and recurs monthly until cancelled.
Customers agree to use the Dexantis service only for legitimate business operations. The AI receptionist (ARIA) is configured to answer inbound business calls, qualify leads, and book appointments. Customers may not use the service for:
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The Founding Customer Pilot includes a 30-day performance guarantee — if the service does not perform as described, the first month's subscription fee ($499) will be refunded in full. After the first 30 days, monthly fees are non-refundable upon cancellation but the subscription will not renew. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Dexantis strives for 99.5% uptime. The AI receptionist relies on third-party telecommunications and AI infrastructure providers. Scheduled maintenance and carrier outages may cause temporary service interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for revenue lost during outages.
Call recordings, transcripts, and customer data are stored securely and used solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details. Customers retain ownership of all their business data.
Dexantis provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost revenue damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
